Stamina Icon

The Stamina Icon was a fun one to make. I began by trying to find the shape of the icon. It made the most sense to have stamina be directly related to some form of electricity, so I began making different variations of lightning bolts. Some were too small, too skinny, or just didn’t look right. With this icon being one of the first ones that I was working on I didn’t really have a specific style I wanted to shoot for. I then began messing around with the cartoony style, similar to the heart icon and really enjoyed how the shape turned out. Once I got the shape down I wanted to give it a little life. The stamina icon and meter I wanted to have filled with a sort of liquid, something that the bot uses or drains to increase their speed. This made the most sense to me and so I made it happen. I really enjoyed how this icon turned out for the player stamina.
